Reboot Staff is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to a senior executive. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and a strong ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. This role requires discretion, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendar, appointments, and scheduling
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and accommodations
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners on behalf of the executive
- Track and follow up on ongoing tasks and deadlines
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
