Reboot Staff is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Wilmington, NC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure efficient office operations and support our internal team.
Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to management and staff
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical filing systems
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Greet and assist visitors and clients
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Assist with data entry and records management

Qualifications
