The Role
We’re seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to help expand Reboot’s reach across mid-market companies (100–5,000 employees) and develop strategic partnerships with MSPs, VARs, data centers, and facilities service providers.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career (1–3 years of experience) who wants to grow into a full-cycle sales role in a rapidly expanding industry. You’ll be responsible for outreach, lead generation, and pipeline development while building relationships with IT, Facilities, and Procurement leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective mid-market clients across IT, Facilities, and Procurement departments.
- Build and nurture relationships with MSPs, VARs, data centers, and other strategic service partners.
- Prospect and qualify leads via LinkedIn, phone, and email to set qualified meetings.
- Attend industry networking events and conferences to represent Reboot and generate new relationships.
- Maintain accurate outreach activity, pipeline notes, and reporting in HubSpot.
- Support the senior sales team with research, proposals, and follow-up coordination.
Ideal Candidate
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B business development, inside sales, or working with channel or service partners.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort engaging new prospects and partners.
- Organized, proactive, and motivated to succeed.
- Experience with outbound outreach, including phone calls, email, and LinkedIn
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools is preferred.
