Talent Acquisition Specialist - Contract

Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating recruiting efforts, scheduling phone/virtual/onsite interviews, managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and conducting audits. This individual will collaborate closely with other Talent Acquisition Specialists and the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process.

What You’ll Do

Recruitment Coordination:

• Schedule and coordinate interviews (phone/virtual/onsite) in multiple time zones, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Communicate effectively with hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates to facilitate the recruitment process.
• Manage logistics for various TA programs such as the Employee Referral Program, compliance programs, candidate reference checks, etc.
  
  
  

ATS Administration And Audit

• Oversee the administration of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
• Conduct regular audits of candidate records to maintain compliance and data quality standards.
• Generate reports and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  
  
  

Collaboration With Talent Acquisition Team

• Work closely with recruiters to understand specific hiring needs and priorities.
• Provide timely and relevant updates on candidate progress and share insights from initial assessments.
• Assist local recruiters in managing candidate relationships and feedback.
  
  
  

What You’ll Need To Be Successful

• Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Depp experience scheduling in Microsoft Outlook at volume with a large panel of attendees
• Working knowledge of Word Processing software, Internet software, and Spreadsheet software
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
