RealREPP, a full service commercial real estate recruiting firm, is partnering with a Real Estate Investment Trust who owns a diversified portfolio of freestanding retail stores across the United States. We are current recruiting for an Assistant Property Manager to join their close-knit team in Downtown Orlando, FL.
This person will be responsible for supporting the Director of Property Management and the property management team on the daily operations of this NATIONAL portfolio. We are needing someone who has worked in retail and/or office property management has experience with interpreting leases, monitoring CAM budgets, and corresponding with tenants. The ideal candidate will have exposure to property financials and budgeting (i.e., budgets, reports, CAMs, variances, accruals, etc.)
This opportunity offers an EXCELLENT base salary (up to $72,000, DOE) bonus, and the opportunity to work in a close-knit and team-oriented environment that is known for its collaborative culture and demonstrated longevity.
REQUIRES

REQUIRES
- Must have minimum 4-8 years’ related work experience in commercial real estate/property management
- 2-year Degree or higher.
- Must demonstrate commitment, dependability, and respect for other employees with regular attendance, punctuality, and adherence to agreed-upon schedule.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must have ability to interpret commercial lease documents.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Very strong computer skills required, including proficiency in Excel.
