Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating recruiting efforts, scheduling phone/virtual/onsite interviews, managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and conducting audits. This individual will collaborate closely with other Talent Acquisition Specialists and the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process.

Recruitment Coordination:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating recruiting efforts, scheduling phone/virtual/onsite interviews, managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and conducting audits. This individual will collaborate closely with other Talent Acquisition Specialists and the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process.
What You’ll Do
Recruitment Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews (phone/virtual/onsite) in multiple time zones, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Communicate effectively with hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates to facilitate the recruitment process.
- Manage logistics for various TA programs such as the Employee Referral Program, compliance programs, candidate reference checks, etc.
- Oversee the administration of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
- Conduct regular audits of candidate records to maintain compliance and data quality standards.
- Generate reports and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with recruiters to understand specific hiring needs and priorities.
- Provide timely and relevant updates on candidate progress and share insights from initial assessments.
- Assist local recruiters in managing candidate relationships and feedback.
- Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Depp experience scheduling in Microsoft Outlook at volume with a large panel of attendees
- Working knowledge of Word Processing software, Internet software, and Spreadsheet software
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to write simple correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
