Position Details
- Develops pre-qualification and bid proposal package preparation and submissions as requested.
- Establishes and maintains file structures for project specific Request for Qualification (RFQ) and Bid Proposals.
- Manages client generated RFQ and documents, Southland developed response, and final submission documentation within file structure.
- Manages bid proposal preparation including, but not limited to, scope, resumes, project lists, organization charts, and any collateral/support documentation.
- Assists with developing deliverable list, timeline for document preparation, submission requirements and responsibilities and final package submission.
- Partners with internal clients and team members to develop Power Point presentation design and content.
- Partners with Marketing to develop and implement tools and procedures to ensure future project documentation is published and maintained according to standards.
- Compiles and coordinates with Marketing team to maintain project data to be used for press releases, project profiles, and case studies for print and website use.
- Coordinates media opportunities and trade show scheduling with Marketing.
- Bachelor's Degree in English, Marketing or Communications required or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in writing, editing and researching to prepare, print and submit online technical documentation, including preparation of proposals.
- Project Management experience preferred.
- Adobe Creative Suite experience strongly preferred, InDesign experience required
- Unanet or Asana experience is a plus.
- Experience in AEC, Service or Construction industry required
- Good project management skills with ability to meet assigned deadlines.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Ability to write, edit and proofread content.
- Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
- Competent in MS Office, MS Vision

Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
