RealREPP, a full service recruiting firm is currently teaming with a private, commercial real estate investment firm to assist them in hiring a Property Manager in Oakland!
This Property Manager will have the opportunity to oversee the management of commercial Class A building in Oakland totaling over 300,000 SF. They will oversee everything from building operations and administration to capital projects, tenant and vendor relations, financial reporting, and be involved in direct communication with asset management. This dynamic, collaborative firm focuses on long term holds, works with institutional investors and is actively growing.
We are looking for someone with 5 years of professional experience within Commercial Real Estate. The ideal candidate would have an entrepreneur mindset, be tech savvy, enjoy working with others to create solutions and have the ability to create and nurture tenant relationships.

Requirements
- 5 years of commercial real estate property management experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent customer service, attention to detail, organizational skills, and outstanding work ethic
- Computer skills, strong working knowledge of Excel and Word. Must be able to prepare detailed spreadsheets and review for errors.
- State of California Real Estate License
- Yardi experience is a plus

Salary : $125,000 - $140,000
