RealREPP LLC, a full service recruiting firm is currently teaming with a well-known, growing and stable owner/developer to assist them in recruiting for a Property Assistant in Ontario, Ca. This Property Assistant will report into a Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager. This role will also team with another APM and Property Coordinator on this large 11 MSF industrial portfolio.
The ideal candidate must be a team player, warm, friendly and have excellent customer service and accounting/financial skills. We are targeting someone who has a desire to grow within commercial property management and has strong customer service experience. Ideally having 1 years of experience within the commercial real estate industry would be helpful. The Coordinator will be the first person to assist the management team and tenants with any questions, assist on work orders and handle light accounting (AP/AR/ invoice coding etc).
This role offers a great base salary target bonus, EXCELLENT benefits including HMO/PPO Medical, dental and vision, 401K with a 5% match, excellent PTO vacation/sick package with a floating holiday and 1/2 day Fridays year round!!!

Responsibilities
- Generate and process service contracts, purchase orders, and work authorizations
- Maintain and order supplies for onsite office staff
- Manage and update property compliance files for each property for annual audits
- Responsible for mailing monthly rent statements.
- Regular site visits, property inspections, tenant visits, and vendor meetings
- Research and resolve daily tenant concerns
- Review and approve of property accounts payable invoices
- Manage service requests through tenant work order system and dispatch accordingly
- Coordinate tenant appreciation gifts and events
- Provide support to regional team as needed
- Bachelor's Degree
- Industry Designation - highly preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
- Software experience in MRI, AvidXchange, Salesforce, and MS Suite preferred.

Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
