This Property Administrator will have the opportunity to assist in oversee the management of beautiful Class A office property. This dynamic, collaborative firm focuses on long term holds, works with institutional investors and is actively growing.
We are looking for someone with professional experience within Commercial Real Estate. The ideal candidate would have an entrepreneur mindset, be tech savvy, enjoy working with others to create solutions and have the ability to create and nurture tenant relationships.

Requirements
- 1 of commercial real estate property management experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent customer service, attention to detail, organizational skills, and outstanding work ethic
- Computer skills, strong working knowledge of Excel and Word.
- State of California Real Estate License - preferred
- Yardi experience is a plus
