RealREPP, a full-service recruiting firm, is currently partnering with a growing, stable, and nationally recognized building systems expert to assist them in hiring an Operations Coordinator in undefined, undefined. This role is responsible for supporting the Operations Group in all aspects of project and operational support, ensuring smooth workflow, accurate documentation, and efficient coordination across projects. The Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in assisting project teams, maintaining proper records, and supporting field operations to ensure operational excellence.

- Organize and maintain proper document filing, including slip sheet drawings, schedules, and general contractor correspondence.
- Create, maintain, and assemble logs for operational tracking and reporting.
- Assist and support Project Management with the development and assembly of submittals.
- Assist in setting up projects and coordinating mobilization and demobilization activities.
- Assemble and manage closeout documents for completed projects.
- Support field projects by providing administrative and operational assistance as needed.
- Make decisions and complete tasks based on direction from management and in compliance with company guidelines.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the Operations Group and other departments.
- Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred.
- 1–3 years of related experience or training in the construction or building systems field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and document management systems.
- Ability to follow established procedures and guidelines while maintaining flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 25 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, listen, and hear for extended periods as required by operational duties.
