MEP Project Manager - $100-200k+

RealREPP, a national full-service recruiting firm, is partnering with a well-established seismic bracing MEP/engineering firm with headquarters in La Mirada, CA to assist in hiring an experienced Project Manager!

The ideal candidate will be coming from an MEP subcontractor and have experience with data center projects (or other large-scale projects).

Open to working at any of the regional offices: La Mirada CA, Houston TX, Austin TX, Charlotte NC, Portland OR, Sumner WA, Fremont CA

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project execution from planning to closeout
• Manage standard construction & capital projects
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project execution
• Oversee procurement activities
• Support/lead technical coordination with engineers & clients
• Prepare/track change orders, ensuring proper documentation and communication
• Track project budgets, billable hours, labor, billing
• Support field teams as necessary
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering (preferred)
• 5 years project management experience with MEP subcontractor
• Experience with non-structural seismic bracing (MEP)
• PMP cert (preferred)
• Experience on data center projects (highly preferred)
• Experience on large-scale projects (required)

• Base Salary $85-200k (based on experience)
