What are the responsibilities and job description for the Jr. Property Manager position at RealREPP?
RealREPP, a full-service recruiting firm, is partnering with a stable, family-owned CRE company based in Orange County to help them add an Entry Level Property Manager to their tight-knit, collaborative, and GROWING team!
This position will office in Costa Mesa and support the daily management and operations of a mixed portfolio of retail, office, and industrial assets. This Jr. PM will report to the Director of Property Management, having the opportunity to be mentored by someone with vast industry experience. Our ideal candidate will have a couple years of commercial property management experience, working on office, retail or industrial assets. We are looking for newer managers (not senior level), who want to be trained and coached up in the industry.
This is a great opportunity for a CRE professional who is hungry to learn the asset types, financials, and day to day operations. We are looking for candidates in the $75,000-90,000 base range. On top of that, there is a 10% annual bonus and additional benefits.
