Position Details
- Conduct new hire orientation and process onboarding paperwork
- Maintain employee files and HR records with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
- Complete E-Verify and employment verification processes
- Assist with employee benefits administration and payroll deduction updates
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
- Support HR reporting, tracking logs, and documentation processes
- Assist with unemployment claims and other HR administrative tasks
- Provide clerical and operational support to the HR team as needed
- High school diploma required; HR-related education preferred
- 3-4 years of HR or administrative experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and general technology systems
