Human Resources Coordinator - Temp to Hire

RealREPP, a full-service recruiting firm, is currently teaming with a growing and nationally recognized organization to assist them in hiring a temp to hire HR Coordinator in undefined, undefined. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, employee records management, benefits coordination, and general HR administrative support while helping ensure a positive employee experience.

Position Details

• Conduct new hire orientation and process onboarding paperwork
• Maintain employee files and HR records with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
• Complete E-Verify and employment verification processes
• Assist with employee benefits administration and payroll deduction updates
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
• Support HR reporting, tracking logs, and documentation processes
• Assist with unemployment claims and other HR administrative tasks
• Provide clerical and operational support to the HR team as needed
  
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; HR-related education preferred
• 3-4 years of HR or administrative experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and general technology systems
