- Coordinate job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and background checks
- Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation
- Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure completion of required forms
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and HR procedures
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and events
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems
- Support benefits administration, including enrollments and open enrollment activities
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Assist with audits, reporting, and documentation for compliance purposes
- Maintain confidentiality of all employee information
- Other duties as assigned
- 3 years of HR and/or talent acquisition experience
- Bachelors Degree from accredited university
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Knowledge of benefits administration
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a PLUS
- Strong understanding of HR processes and employment law fundamentals
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication, organization, and time‑management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
- Salary $55k-70k (based on experience and certifications)
