Commercial Property Manager

RealREPP is a full-service recruiting firm and is currently teaming with a Property Management Group in hiring an experienced and dedicated Commercial Property Manager in undefined, undefined. This Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a highly stable commercial industrial property encompassing 179,000 square feet, exercising independent judgment in decision-making. The role requires a customer service-focused professional who is highly organized, solutions-oriented, and is committed to maintaining high standards.

Responsibilities

• Enforce building policies and handle tenant issues
• Conduct market surveys and manage marketing
• Negotiate leases, handle move-ins/outs
• Prepare budgets, track expenses, and generate reports
• Oversee vendors and capital projects
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in real estate or related field
• 2 years in industrial property management
• Proficient in MS Office and Yardi
• Strong lease, financial, and operations experience
• Valid CA driver’s license and personal vehicle
• Available for after-hours emergencies
• Strong judgment, organization, and independence
