Commercial Property Manager

RealREPP is a full-service recruiting firm and is currently teaming with a Property Management Group in hiring an experienced and dedicated Commercial Property Manager in undefined, undefined. This person will drive the day-to-day management and leasing for this beautiful property. This is an exciting role working with a dynamic and friendly team! Responsibilities

• Enforce building policies and handle tenant issues
• Conduct market surveys and manage marketing
• Negotiate leases, handle move-ins/outs
• Prepare budgets, track expenses, and generate reports
• Oversee vendors and capital projects
• Travel regularly to Brea for site visits
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in real estate or related field
• 3 years in industrial property management
• Proficient in MS Office and Yardi
• Strong lease, financial, and operations experience
• Valid CA driver’s license and personal vehicle
• Available for after-hours emergencies
• Strong judgment, organization, and independence
