RealREPP, a national full-service recruiting firm, is partnering with a well-established drywall subcontractor based in Florida to assist in hiring an experienced Drywall Senior Project Manger to join their team in Orlando!

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee project execution from planning to closeout
- Manage standard construction & capital projects
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project execution
- Oversee procurement activities
- Support/lead technical coordination with engineers & clients
- Prepare/track change orders, ensuring proper documentation and communication
- Track project budgets, billable hours, labor, billing
- Support field teams as necessary
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management (preferred)
- 8 years commercial drywall project management experience
- Experience with commercial drywall, metal framing, ACT, stucco, EIFS
- Ability to mentor & lead project managers as necessary
- Ability to manage and prioritize competing deadlines to ensure deadlines are met
- Local FL market knowledge (preferred)
- Salary $115-140k (wide range based on experience)
