Key Responsibilities
- Issue certificates of insurance for renewals, new business, and day-to-day service requests across commercial lines accounts.
- Review contracts and insurance requirements to ensure certificates are issued accurately and in compliance with client obligations.
- Maintain and update certificate tracking systems, including certificate holders, named insureds, and related data.
- Update templates, endorsements, and policy-related information within the certificate management system.
- Review policy documents to identify appropriate endorsements and request updates as needed.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure coverage aligns with contractual requirements.
- Maintain and update required forms and documentation to support certificate processing.
- Provide backup support for certificate-related workflows and assist other departments as needed.
- Support occasional administrative or front desk responsibilities when required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior insurance industry experience preferred (commercial lines experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
