- Excellent base salary $65,000 - $75,000 (DOE) bonus

- Opportunity to take ownership and partner with top leaders in the private equity/real estate space
- 4-year College degree Required.
- 1-4 years of experience with an investment sales team, REIT, real estate fund or investment bank is preferred
- Strong analytical valuation techniques and vetting for potential acquisition targets
- Expert documented knowledge of real estate cash flow modeling using Excel and Argus
