Essential Functions Of The Job
- Monitor Access to the Lazy River facilities through wristband verification and remote entry at the gate.
- Troubleshoot errors at the entry gate.
- Report any gate entry system issues to the Supervisor on Duty or Wildflower General Manager
- Manually open the main gate for residents in a prompt manner, as needed.
- Assist with Opening and Closing duties
- Assist and monitor all reservations, setup & tear down as needed.
- Keep Lazy River and surrounding areas free from debris and trash
- Provide strong customer service and greet residents in a friendly, professional manner
- Conduct an inspection walk at least every hour at a minimum.
- All other reasonable assignments given by the on-site management team.
