We are looking for an HR Coordinator who is eager to grow their career in Human Resources while supporting key HR functions such as talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee engagement. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to HR Manager on all employee matters
- Create employment offers
- Assist with candidate onboarding and entry into various HR systems/tracking documents
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation
- Provide research, reporting, and analytical support as requested
- Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers more complex problems to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management.
- Assists with planning and execution of special projects and events
- Provide assistance with meeting, special events and corporate events

Qualifications:
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn Paycom and other integral systems used by Human Resources
Education and Experience:
- College degree preferred
- Prior related office experience preferred assisting HR Department
- Strong understanding of HR Confidentiality required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer.
- Ability to occasionally stand, walk, bend, or reach as needed.
- Ability to lift or move objects up to 10–15 pounds (e.g., files, office supplies).
- Manual dexterity to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, telephone, and other office equipment.
- Visual acuity to read printed materials, spreadsheets, and computer screens.
- Hearing and speech ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and in virtual meetings.
- Ability to work in a standard office environment with moderate noise levels.
- Ability to work a standard schedule, with occasional extended hours as required.
Pay and Benefits:
$22.00 to $26.00 hour, depending on education and experience.
