What You'll Do
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee records and processing documentation.
- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communications with applicants.
- Onboard and orient new employees, ensuring a seamless transition into the company.
- Respond to employee inquiries about HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Help organize training sessions or professional development programs.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Contribute to projects that enhance HR processes, recruitment strategies, and employee engagement.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role or related administrative position.
- Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Proven expertise in human resources, recruiting, and providing administrative support.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR software systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with employees and management.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
