Duration and Schedule
This is a limited term employment opportunity, expected to start in March 2026 and end in August 2026. The schedule will be Monday – Friday, working 40 hours per week, between 7:30 am – 4 pm CST. There is an opportunity for a flexible training schedule if needing part time hours to start. No weekends!
The Opportunity: Seasonal (LTE) Production Associate
The LTE Production Associate plays a key role in bringing high‑quality products to life! In this hands‑on role, you will assemble products using established procedures and strict quality standards. You will follow detailed instructions, work with a variety of tools and equipment, and make sure every product meets the required specifications. It’s a chance to be part of a process where precision, craftsmanship, and consistency truly matter!
Key Responsibilities
- Performs light assembly work and boxes products to meet production requirements
- Assembles parts together using hand tools and soldering equipment
- Performs in-process quality checks on all products assembled and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department manager
- Maintains and proposes changes to assembly procedures
- Confers with managers or others to assess progress and discuss needed changes that could impact assembly of products
- Maintains a clean work area and performs final cleanup at end of each shift, including breaking down boxes, sweeping, emptying garbage, and removing cardboard pallets
- Performs other additional duties as assigned or required
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or its equivalent (GED)
- General knowledge of warehouse operations and assembly environment or performing related work
Desired Qualifications
- Experience and skill with soldering
Physical Demands
- Regularly use hands and fingers to handle or feel
- Frequently stand, walk, and talk or hear
- Occasionally sit; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 45 pounds, with assistance
- Occasionally stand for long periods of time
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
