Role Overview:

This junior-level role is ideal for someone with foundational sales experience and a strong desire to learn and grow within the business. The Business Development Representative   will support strategic partnership initiatives and contribute directly to revenue generation.  This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of RealCold and make a significant impact on our growth trajectory.

Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach and lead generation. 
• Conduct market research to support strategic sales initiatives. 
• Assist in developing sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials. 
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients. 
• Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics. 
• Collaborate with leadership to support strategic growth plans. 
• Other duties as assigned.

 Requirements of the Position:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or related field preferred
• Minimum one (1) year of sales experience required.
• Experience in warehousing, logistics, or e-commerce.
• Strong interest in business development and strategic partnerships.

 Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Demonstrated ability to engage prospects and close deals. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems. 
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. 
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within the organization.
• Knowledgeable in Office 365 (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

Work Requirements:

• Hours vary depending on deadlines and needs of the company; typical work weeks are standard 40 hours
• Willing to travel about 25%

 Physical Work Environment:

• Time will be spent in an office setting located in Lockhart, TX
• Environment may be fast paced and stressful.
• May require travel by automobile and airplane for business internal and external meetings
• May be required to visit facility operations in temperatures at or below freezing
