Principal AI Engineer We are seeking a highly experienced, hands-on Principal AI Engineer to lead and build cutting-edge AI solutions. What We're Looking For

  • 7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or related fields
  • Experience developing and maintaining engineering harness
  • Experience developing and maintaining vibe coding
  • Strong background in fine-tuning models and working with modern AI frameworks
  • Proven ability to be deeply hands-on in coding and system development
  • Experience with AI-assisted coding tools and rapid development workflows
  • Ability to operate at a principal level, driving technical direction and execution
