Job Description
Seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead enterprise-level programs and project governance initiatives within the banking/financial services industry. The role focuses on EPMO governance, cross-functional coordination, risk management, executive reporting, and upcoming merger governance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead program planning, execution, and governance.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Coordinate cross-functional business, technology, and vendor teams.
- Prepare executive reports and steering committee presentations.
- Ensure compliance with EPMO policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- 15 years of program/project management experience.
- Strong banking or financial services experience.
- Proven program and project governance expertise.
- PMP and/or Agile certification.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
