The role focuses on coordinating onboarding projects, communicating with clients and brokers, and ensuring accurate plan setup. It is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals with project coordination experiencewho want to move into a project-driven specialist role.Key ResponsibilitiesManage SMB client implementation projects from kickoff to completion.Act as the main contact for clients and brokers during onboarding.Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and internal teams to gather requirements.Track project milestones and report progress, risks, and issues.Lead virtual meetings with clients and internal stakeholders.Document requirements and update project tracking tools (SAP, Smartsheet).Ensure compliance with EyeMed standards and procedures.Transition completed implementations to account service teams.Support process improvements in the client onboarding lifecycle.Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degree required (recent grads encouraged)OR 3 years experience in project coordination/management2 years experience in:Client operationsCustomer supportClient implementationsStrong written and verbal communicationAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)  Company DescriptionIncorporated in 1991, Real Soft Inc.
