ACTUAL JOB TITLE - RECEPTIONIST ***BACKFILL*** Job Title/Job Description - Office admin Work hours: 10 to 2 Monday to Friday Pay Rate - $19.67 / Markup 33.05 / Payment terms 90days / 13-month tenure discount 22.50% Brand: shared services of for an office in NYC Temp only or Temp to perm: temp for now Cost Center/AFE: 060-50433 Start date: last week of April 29th April 3 days - then 5 days from then on for May and June Length of assignment: 8 weeks Location- Remote or Onsite: on site 420 5th Avenue New York, NY o If onsite, please indicate if hybrid or workplace only Specific Skills Needed: spreadsheet, welcome skills, computer skills, mail knowledge , teams meeting rooms etc Years of Experience: 2 min be good Backfill/Replacement: for FM visit The most important skill is welcoming friendly and basic office duties. I am looking for someone for May and June Preferred skills - spreadsheet, welcome skills, computer skills, mail knowledge , teams meeting rooms etc GENERAL FUNCTION: The Receptionist is a team player that acts as a role model for other administrative support staff by demonstrating consistent high-level performance and maintaining the utmost professional demeanor and the highest level of confidentiality and trust. MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for routine correspondence, travel arrangements, maintaining calendars, organizing and scheduling meetings, coordinating special events and answering calls. Uses independent knowledge and judgment to complete assignments consisting of numerous steps that vary in nature and sequence. Maintains a high level of confidentiality and exercises good judgment. Anticipates and follows up on requests and issues with proactive, problem-solving approach Organizes and maintains files and sensitive information. Places departmental office supply orders as needed. COMMUNICATION: Good grammar and English skills; Creates an environment that fosters teamwork and trust. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook. Strong organizational and prioritization skills, and ability to balance multiple tasks; Ability to exercise independent judgment to complete assignments. Excellent communication, both verbal and written, and interpersonal skills. EDUCATION High school diploma and/or equivalent work experience.
Hours : 8:00am to 5:00pm
