Role Description

The Business Development Manager bridges our Property Management partners and our Real Listings sales team. Half of your role will be out in the field meeting prospects for the first time while conducting rental property showings; the other half you’ll be in the office nurturing leads who have expressed goals of homeownership. You will be the friendly first contact for many future homebuyers—helping them understand their path from tenant to owner and setting appointments with our Realtor team. This is a full-time, salaried position with uncapped commission and clear growth opportunities within Real Listings. 


Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer engagement, or leasing.
  • Must have, or be willing to obtain an active Real Estate License within 120 days of hire. 
  • Real Estate experience or passion around Real Estate Investing is a bonus! 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable on the phone and in person. 
  • Strong organization and time-management abilities. 
  • Must have a reliable vehicle and be comfortable driving throughout the Twin Cities metro. 
  • Proficient with CRM tools, Microsoft 365, and basic office software. 
  • Self-motivated, personable, and passionate about helping others reach their homeownership goals.
