As a Business Development Manager, you’ll connect with a variety of new and existing clients, helping them grow their teams. This is a salary commission-based role within Burnsville, MN. The starting salary ranges between $50K-$55K including bonuses, with the following benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients and presenting tailored solutions.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet customer specifications and expectations.
- Manage and report on sales budgets, forecasts, and expenses.
Key requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, business management, or account management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze data, create reports, and develop actionable strategies based on findings.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
