Doherty Staffing Solutions, a Top Workplace with 45 years of success, is looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to work in the Burnsville, MN area. In this role, you’ll build relationships, find new business opportunities, and help companies connect with great talent while learning from a while learning from a supportive, high‑performing team.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and connect with new clients (calls, meetings, networking, social media)
- Build strong relationships and grow existing accounts
- Partner with internal teams to deliver great service
- Meet sales goals and track progress using CRM tools
- Represent Doherty at local business and community events
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
- 1–2 years of sales, recruiting, or customer-facing experience (or strong interest in sales!)
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
- Tech-comfortable (Outlook, Excel, CRM tools)
- Valid driver’s license for local daytime travel

Salary : $50,000 - $55,000
