Job Description
I am hiring a dependable, hands on assistant to help manage day to day operations for multiple properties and personal office needs. This role requires someone organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
You will coordinate contractors such as plumbers, electricians, cleaners, and remodel trades, schedule and attend appointments, manage calendars, run local errands, and assist with general office and property related tasks. This is not a desk only job. You will be in the field regularly and need to have your own car
This is a part time position, 3 to 4 days per week, no exceptions. There are no benefits. This position may grow into full time in the future, but there is no guarantee. Immediate availability is required.
Responsibilities
Schedule, confirm, and follow up with contractors and service providers
Meet contractors on site and handle basic coordination independently
Manage calendar, appointments, and reminders
Handle light office and administrative tasks
Run local errands including pickups, scheduling services, and coordination
Assist with property management and remodel related tasks
Ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time without supervision
Requirements
Must live in Miami
Must have reliable transportation
Must be reliable, honest, and trustworthy
Must be a self motivator who can work independently
Must be comfortable dealing with contractors and property related work
Must be able to learn quickly and take direction well
Strong organization, communication, and follow through skills
Schedule
