Apartment Maintenance Technician

Apartment Maintenance Technician-What You'll Do
- Complete resident work orders and general repairs
- Assist with plumbing, electrical, appliances, and basic HVAC
- Prepare vacant apartments for new residents
- Perform preventative maintenance
- Help maintain the property, common areas, and grounds
- Provide friendly and professional service to residents
Apartment Maintenance Technician-What We're Looking For
- Previous apartment or general maintenance experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general repairs
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and grow
