Leasing Consultant Responsibilities

• Assist prospective residents with apartment tours and the leasing process
• Respond to phone, email, and online inquiries
• Follow up with prospective residents
• Prepare leasing paperwork and applications
• Assist current residents with questions and requests
• Help with renewals and other general office duties
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects

Leasing Consultant-What We're Looking For

• Previous apartment leasing, sales, hotel, hospitality, or customer service experience helpful
• Friendly, professional, and comfortable working with people
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Organized and dependable
• Basic computer and administrative skills
• Willingness to learn and grow within property management
