We are seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to join the team at a beautiful Class A apartment community in Boulder. This position offers a great working environment, a professional team, and excellent opportunity for long-term growth.
On-site housing perk: Receive $500 off rent per month for 8 months of the year for managing the resident garden.
Apartment Maintenance Technician Responsibilities
- Complete resident work orders and maintenance requests
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and general repairs
- Prepare vacant apartments for new residents
- Assist with preventative maintenance and property inspections
- Maintain buildings, common areas, and community grounds
- Provide friendly and professional service to residents
- Participate in an on-call rotation as needed
Apartment Maintenance Technician-What We're Looking For
- Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred
- General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and basic repairs
- Strong customer service skills
- Dependable and able to work independently
- Organized with good attention to detail
- Valid driver's license preferred
