What You’ll Be Doing as the Property Manager
- Lead all day-to-day operations of the community with confidence and consistency
- Create a resident experience that people talk about (for the right reasons)
- Coach, mentor, and motivate your onsite team to perform at a high level
- Oversee leasing performance, marketing, occupancy, and retention strategies
- Manage budgets, expenses, and financial reporting with a strong business mindset
- Ensure the property is well-maintained, organized, and running smoothly
- Handle challenges proactively—from resident concerns to operational issues
What You Bring as a Property Manager
- 3 years of Property Management experience (apartment/multifamily)
- Proven ability to lead a team and drive property performance
- Strong financial understanding (budgets, NOI, reporting)
- A calm, solutions-focused approach—even on the busiest days
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with property management software (Yardi, AppFolio, Entrata, etc.)
