What You’ll Be Doing (High-Level) as an Occupancy Specialist
- Own HUD compliance, recertifications, and subsidy processing
- Monitor TRACS/MINC submissions and resolve discrepancies
- Support financial reporting, rent collections, and reconciliations
- Assist with property transitions, onboarding, and RAD conversions
- Train and guide team members on compliance systems
- Step in as acting leader when needed
What Makes You an Occupancy Specialist
- Strong experience with LIHTC, HUD, TRACS, EIV (non-negotiable)
- Background in affordable housing or subsidy administration
- Certified Occupancy Specialist (or similar) a plus
- Organized, detail-driven, and confident juggling multiple priorities
- Comfortable leading, training, and collaborating with teams
