Real Alloy has a career opportunity available for an experienced, personable, and skilled Production Supervisor at our Post Falls, Idaho location.

If you are a Production Supervisor who can:
- Help guide others to meet production and quality needs in a safe manner
- Conduct Root Cause Anaylsis for scrap, downtime, or other processes
- Ensure proper record keeping of shift activities through auditing
- Create a team friendly environment
- Assist in scheduling production
- Supervise a crew of 3-10 Furnace Operators/Assistants

Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Highly motivated, goal orientated, ethical, and challenge driven.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel
- Previous work experience in an industrial setting is preferred
