Compensation and schedule
- $22.00/hour
- Rotating 12-hour shifts on a 4-on/4-off pattern — work half the time, with nights and weekends in the mix
- Operate mobile equipment to lift, move, and accurately weigh materials
- Assist in furnace operations to maintain smooth, productive runs
- Uphold safety procedures and quality standards
- Contribute to a high-performing industrial/manufacturing team
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Forklift licensed (current certification)
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including nights/weekends
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures with protective equipment in an outdoor manufacturing environment
- Previous manufacturing experience is preferred
