Help transform materials into high-quality output in our Goodyear melt shop. As an Industrial Metals Materials Handling Technician, you support furnace operations by moving, lifting, and weighing inputs—keeping safety and quality front and center.

Your impact

Every shift you help ensure safe, steady production. You operate a sit-down forklift to stage materials, collaborate with teammates, and maintain quality checks—all in a hot, outdoor industrial setting near molten metal where PPE is non-negotiable.

Compensation and schedule

• $22.00/hour
• Rotating 12-hour shifts on a 4-on/4-off pattern — work half the time, with nights and weekends in the mix
  
  

Core responsibilities

• Operate mobile equipment to lift, move, and accurately weigh materials
• Assist in furnace operations to maintain smooth, productive runs
• Uphold safety procedures and quality standards
• Contribute to a high-performing industrial/manufacturing team
  
  

What you’ll need

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Forklift licensed (current certification)
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including nights/weekends
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures with protective equipment in an outdoor manufacturing environment
• Previous manufacturing experience is preferred
