Ready 123 Solutions provides onsite Technical Field Support to Major Brands ie: Walmart, Target, Dave Busters, Pizza Hut, Chase Bank and more!
Positions available in anywhere in the US.
We are seeking a reliable and skilled DIRECTV Installer ASAP to install, maintain, and repair DIRECTV receiver and satellite systems for residential and/or commercial customers. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technician with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Skills:
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure and networking
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users and stakeholders.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues within the scope of the work order.
- Able to climb or use ladder for out of reach network equipment is a plus!
***Need basic tools for troubleshooting ie., Basic screwdriver set, ***aim meter***cat5 and coax cable tester.
***DTV installation experience/ Satellite TV
