What You’ll Do- Perform daily responsibilities safely and accurately, following established procedures and protocols
- Assist with basic troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Handle materials and equipment safely and efficiently
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Wear and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
Experience:
- 3–5 years of related or similar work experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Dependable and detail-oriented
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety and quality
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow through on-the-job training
- Moderate physical activity, including standing for extended periods, lifting and moving materials (light to moderately heavy), and occasional lifting of heavy objects (50 lbs)
- May include exposure to various environmental conditions such as weather, noise, or chemicals
- PPE provided and required as necessary
- Works under close supervision with regular feedback and guidance
- Follows established procedures and standards
- Makes straightforward decisions within clearly defined guidelines
