What you’ll tackle
- Apply and understand resin systems (Epoxy, Polyester, Vinyl ester, Silicones, etc.).
- Hand-finish patterns and molds to production quality.
- Operate a range of hand tools for cutting, grinding, fitting, and assembly.
- Set up assemblies, perform adhesive bonding, and install fasteners.
- Own your work through self-quality checks and documentation.
- 1–3 years’ experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on exposure to composites (Carbon Fiber, Kevlar, Fiberglass) is a plus.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read, interpret, and improve SOPs/work instructions.
- Measurement proficiency: calipers, micrometers, tape measure, indicators.
- Demonstrated fabrication skill and comfort with common shop tools.
- Background with structural assembly, bonding, and fastener applications.
- Strong attention to detail with tight tolerances.
