Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate, goal-oriented Marketing & Communications Manager to lead, develop, and execute comprehensive internal and external communications strategies. This role is pivotal in engaging and inspiring franchisees, employees, and consumers to trust and champion the Re-Bath brand.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strategic vision, and a proven ability to manage multiple communications channels and stakeholders. This position will work closely with the Marketing Director and executive leadership, overseeing all content strategy, public relations, executive communications, and reputation management programs.
Responsibilities:
Internal Communications:
- Develop and manage all internal communications to franchisees, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with company values and strategic goals.
- Plan and execute executive communications to franchisees, including webinars, newsletters, and special announcements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all franchisee communications, fostering engagement and trust.
External Communications & PR:
- Lead external communications strategies across traditional and digital channels.
- Manage relationships with PR firms and other communications agencies to maximize earned and paid media exposure.
- Oversee all public relations activities, ensuring consistent messaging and brand integrity.
Reputation Management:
- Own all aspects of reputation management, including monitoring and responding to customer surveys and reviews.
- Analyze customer feedback and develop strategies to enhance brand reputation and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address reputation risks and leverage positive feedback.
Content & Channel Management:
- Oversee content strategy for all communications, including social media, email campaigns, and executive messaging.
- Ensure messaging consistency across all platforms and audiences.
Measurement & Reporting:
- Develop and track metrics to assess communication effectiveness.
- Prepare recurring reports for executive leadership on communication outcomes and reputation trends.
Collaboration & Leadership:
- Partner with the marketing team and other departments (sales, training, HR, product, operations) to ensure integrated communications.
- Advise executive leadership on messaging, timing, and opportunities for brand exposure.
- Manage and motivate colleagues and agency partners in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or Communication
- 7 years of communications experience, preferably with a national brand or agency.
- 1 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Demonstrated success in internal communications, executive communications, and reputation management.
- Experience managing PR agencies and external communications.
- Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute multi-channel communications campaigns.
- Experience with customer feedback analysis and reputation management tools.
- High sense of responsibility, ethics, and integrity.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and presentation tools.
