Production Operator (1st & 2nd Shift)

What You’ll Do:

• Perform production tasks such as palm sanding, drum sanding, belt sanding, drilling, finish spraying, and assembly.
• Maintain a high standard of quality and craftsmanship in all production work.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Seek assistance when needed to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain a growth-oriented mindset, being receptive to feedback and coaching.
• Other job duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Previous woodworking or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
