What You'll Do
- Set up and operate production processes and equipment for LTCC and/or wire-wound components.
- Conduct electrical and mechanical testing on in-process and finished parts.
- Accurately record test data throughout the production process.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of tools, equipment, and work areas.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Assist in training new NASCENTechnology operators.
- Adhere to all quality systems, safety, and health standards, including cleanroom protocols (Class 10,000).
- Ensure compliance with company policies related to export controls.
- Perform additional related tasks as assigned by management.
- Must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR (U.S. citizen or permanent resident with a valid green card not employed by a foreign company).
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Ability to identify and address potential issues proactively.
- Strong commitment to process improvement and effective communication.
- Previous experience in transformer manufacturing is a plus.
- Willingness to work on-site (remote work not available).
- Availability for a full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts.
