Boyds is seeking a sales / customer service associate from diverse backgrounds and skillsets in customer service. Experience in this field or similar preferred but not required. This position includes on-site training. Boyds is looking a motivated individual able to follow processes and instructions both independently and in a team setting. Positions start at $18.00 an hour with occasional overtime potential and depending on length of employment, full benefits beginning the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment.
Must be able to answer incoming sales and customer service calls and return calls to customers.
Must have pleasant phone manner. Good computer skills and ability to multi-task required.
Must be able to type and operate a computer efficiently and can navigate the internet and various programs. A good candidate will be someone that is a quick learner and a team player.
Looking for a person with a high level of integrity, job discipline, and very personable. Hourly wage based on experience and skills.
