What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office and Administrative Support position at RDE Logistics?
We are looking for Admin I or Admin II or Admin III.
Perform duties associated with scheduling and organizing meetings and small events, including arranging with vendors for services, overseeing the production and distribution of materials and administering logistics
Assist with complex travel arrangements in accordance with university policies, which will include logistics planning, creating and updating detailed itineraries, and preparing briefing and travel binders
Prepare documents and correspondence for grants, conferences, seminars, and reports
Polished and professional
Administrative support
Strong customer service skills
Research using Google, some Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary
Pay: $22.00 - $31.00 per hour
