ARO is looking to hire an On-Call Office Support Associate in San Jose, CA area.
Associate will need:

- Office Services skill set - mail, copy/print and shipping/receiving
This is an On call - as needed position to fill in for vacations, PTO and sick coverage.
Estimated 20 hours a month. More hours available if you can travel to the San Francisco area, if overnight is required, mileage, hotel and per diem paid.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum essential functions include the ability to stand and for up to four hours, light lifting and operate machinery safely, lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong customer interaction skills
- Complete all required paperwork/computer input accurately and in a timely manner
- Must be flexible to work when needed
Experience:
- Office Services: 1 year (Preferred)
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Required)
- office environment: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
