What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tour and Tasting Guide position at RD1 Spirits?
We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Guide to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting and checking in guests, taking them on a tour of our facility and and providing them with an enjoyable tasting experience. The candidate will also be tasked with learning our cocktails and being able to bartend for guests. The ideal candidate should be extremely dependable and team oriented, have excellent customer service skills, a friendly and outgoing personality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is able to work weekends and is committed to providing the highest level of hospitality to our guests. Base pay is $15.00 an hour. With tips and a commission system our staffs average hourly wage is $27.00
Responsibilities:
- Be on time and dependable
- Greet customers
- Check guests in.
- Answer phone calls and take reservations.
- Keep the shop clean and organized.
- Assist other staff in serving customers.
- Learn our product learn and be able to communicate that with the guests.
- Tour guests through the RD1 facility.
- Take guests through different tasting experiences offered by RD1 Spirits.
- Provide customer service to guests.
- Ensure that all guests are satisfied with their experience.
- Check guests out.
Pay: $15.00 per hour
