Join Our Team: Master Data & Data Integrations Lead Consultant
We are seeking a visionary Master Data & Data Integrations Lead Consultant to architect and govern the end-to-end patient data framework powering our next-generation Patient CRM ecosystem.
In this enterprise-level strategic role, you will serve as the business lead for CRM data modeling, patient identity resolution, and master data governance across patient, provider, payer, product, and site domains. You will partner with cross-functional executive teams—including data engineering, privacy, and analytics—to build a scalable, highly compliant data foundation
Core Strategic Imperatives
- Enterprise MDM & Identity Management: Architect the overarching Patient MDM strategy, operational roadmap, and identity resolution frameworks (match, merge, and survivorship rules) to establish a unified, single source of truth.
- Multi-Domain Data Governance: Direct the policies, reference standards, and data quality requirements for Patient, HCP, Hospital/Site, Payer, and Product master data.
- Integration & Aggregator Frameworks: Own the business requirements for all inbound/outbound data integrations, including vendor onboarding, ingestion, and enrichment across claims, prescription, and enrollment data.
- Data Lifecycle & Stewardship: Establish trust-based update mechanisms, validation frameworks, and data stewardship workflows across hubs, portals, pharmacies, and CRM users.
- Downstream Activation: Govern certified datasets, AI/analytics ingestion, and data-sharing policies to ensure reliable downstream data consumption.
- Innovation & Advisory: Evaluate emerging data technologies and external partnerships to optimize scalability, compliance, and interoperability.
Professional Requirements
- Experience: 10 years of deep expertise across Master Data Management (MDM), data architecture, and complex data migrations within the Healthcare or Life Sciences sector.
- Technical Proficiency: Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud / Life Sciences Cloud, enterprise MDM platforms, and complex identity management architectures.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or a related analytical discipline.
- Deep familiarity with Patient Services, Hub Operations, Specialty Pharmacies, and Patient Support Programs (PSPs).
- Strong regulatory fluency in HIPAA, PHI governance, and patient consent frameworks.
